Overview

Fixter connects to your stack on open standards. Telemetry comes in over OpenTelemetry, and every capability goes out over MCP. Slack and GitHub are used by investigations.

  • Claude Code plugin: install it, and what each command does
  • Send data with OpenTelemetry: logs, traces, and metrics by hand, per language or through a Collector
  • MCP: Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client against one endpoint
  • Slack: where alerts arrive and investigations happen
  • GitHub: needed only if you want an AI agent to write the fix

Investigations can also read Datadog and AWS CloudWatch while you migrate, so they work before your telemetry has moved over. Setup for that is on the investigations page.
